Delivery

Deliveries to France and Belgium: possible via the website in e-commerce.

Deliveries to other countries: please contact us for a personalized quote via the "contact" section.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days of receipt of your payment. This period may be slightly longer during periods of high activity or school holidays. The standard shipping method is Colissimo tracking, delivered without signature. We provide a link as soon as possible to allow you to track the progress of your parcel's delivery online. It takes 48 hours from the date of deposit at the post office (delivery time in business days for shipments within mainland France, subject to meeting the cut-off time for deposit).

 

Returns

If the ordered items do not suit you, you have a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of your order to return them to us. They will, at your choice, be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt and inspection, provided they are intact, in their original packaging, and show no signs of use.
You can send your parcel, accompanied by the invoice, to:

In the event of a return of an unclaimed, refused, or incorrectly addressed parcel due to an error provided by the customer, we will proceed, at your choice, with:
– either a refund of the order, minus the incurred shipping costs and a flat fee of 10 euros for administrative costs
– or reshipment of the order after payment of the additional shipping costs incurred.
